નવા પરિપત્ર મુજબનું પરિણામ પત્રક ધોરણ 1 થી 8
1. ધોરણ 1 અને 2 માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પરિણામ પત્રક ( D2 અને D4 ) માં વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ સામે “ વર્ગ બઢતી- એમ દર્શાવવું, અન્ય વિગતો દર્શાવવાની જરૂર નથી.
2. ધોરણ ૩ થી 8 માં મુખ્યત્વે શિક્ષક દ્વારા થતા રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન આધારિત પરિણામ પત્રક તૈયાર કરવાનું છે . આ માટે Home Learning અંતર્ગત શિક્ષક દ્વારા થયેલ અનૌપચારિક મૂલ્યાંકન તેમજ વર્ષ દરમિયાન યોજાયેલ સામયિક કસોટીઓ વગેરેનો આધાર લઇ શકાશે. ધોરણ ૩ થી 8 માં સત્રવાર રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન પત્રક A માં વિગતો દર્શાવવી, જેથી દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીનું 40 + 40 એમ 80 ગુણનું મૂલ્યાંકન થશે. આ ઉપરાંત, વર્ષ દરમિયાન Home Learning અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને વર્ષાન્ત 20 ગુણ પૈકી ગુણાંકન કરવું. આમ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીનું 100 ગુણનું ગુણાંકન થશે.
૩. ધોરણ ૩ થી 8 માં પત્રક B ભરવાની જરૂર નથી.
4. પત્રક C માં પ્રથમ સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન 40 ગુણ, દ્વિતીય સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકનના 40 ગુણ અને વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાના 20 ગુણ સ્વ મૂલ્યાંકનના ખાનામાં દર્શાવવા.
5. ધોરણ 4 માં હિન્દી અને અંગ્રેજી વિષયમાં માત્ર દ્વિતીય સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકનના 40 ગુણ અને વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાના 20 ગુણ મળી વિષય દીઠ 60 ગુણમાંથી ગુણાંકન કરવું.

ધોરણ 1 થી 8 માં માસ પ્રમોશન આપવા બાબત.
શ્રીમાન , આપ સુવિદિત છો એ મુજબ ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2020-21 દરમિયાન કોવીડ -19 ને લીધે, પ્રત્યક્ષ શિક્ષણકાર્ય અને પદ્ધતિસરનું ઔપચારિક મૂલ્યાંકન બહુ અલ્પ પ્રમાણમાં થયું છે.
આ બાબતને ધ્યાને લઈને રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સંદર્ભ -1 મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના માસ પ્રમોશનનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઘરે રહીને શીખી શકે એ માટે Home Learning અંતર્ગત વિવિધ માધ્યમો દ્વારા અને શિક્ષકો દ્વારા પણ શિક્ષણ કાર્ય તેમજ અનૌપચારિક મૂલ્યાંકન કાર્ય થયું છે. આ બાબતોને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને, સંદર્ભ -1 અન્વયે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પરિણામપત્રક અંગે નીચેની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાને લેવા વિનંતી છે.
1. ધોરણ 1 અને 2 માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પરિણામ પત્રક ( D2 અને D4 ) માં વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ સામે “ વર્ગ બઢતી- એમ દર્શાવવું, અન્ય વિગતો દર્શાવવાની જરૂર નથી.

રાજ્યમાં તાજેતરમાં કોરીનો વાઇરસ ( કોવિડ -૧૯ ) નું સંક્રમણ વધતાં તારીખ ૧૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સ યોજીને રાજ્યના ધોરણ -૯ અને ધોરણ -૧૧ માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માસ પ્રમોશન આપવા અંગેની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવેલ છે . સરકારશ્રીના આ નિર્ણય મુજબ રાજ્યમાં કોરોનાના વ્યાપક ફેલાવાને કારણે રાજ્યમાં ધોરણ -૯ અને ધોરણ - ૧૧ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૦- ૨૦૨૧ પૂરતું માસ પ્રમોશનથી પાસ જાહેર કરીને આગળના ધોરણમાં લઇ જવાના રહેશે . ધોરણ -૯ અને ધોરણ -૧૧ માટે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ , ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા આ અંગેની આનુષંગિક વિગતવાર સૂચનાઓ બહાર પાડવાની રહેશે.

રાજ્યમાં પ્રવર્તમાન કોરોનાની પરિસ્થિતમાં કોરોનાથી સંક્રમિત થતાં સરકારી અધિકારી કર્મચારી, ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓ તથા તમામ કરાર આધારિત અધિકારી કર્મચારીઓને ખાસ કિસ્સામાં મેડીકલ રજાઓ મંજુર કરવા અંગે ઘણી રજૂઆતો રાજ્ય સરકારને મળેલ હતી. પ્રસ્તુત બાબત સરકારશ્રીની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.
ઠરાવ :
પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે કે, સરકારી અધિકારી / કર્મચારી, ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓ તથા તમામ કરાર આધારિત અધિકારી / કર્મચારીઓ કોરોના પોઝિટિવ આવે અને તે અંગેનું અધિકૃત મેડિકલ સર્ટિફિકેટ રજુ કરે તો આવા કર્મચારીને ખાસ કિસ્સામાં ૧૦ દિવસની મેડીકલ રજા મંજુર કરવાની રહેશે. આ ૧૦ દિવસની રજા તેમના ખાતે જમા મેડીકલ રજાના હિસાબમાં ઉધારવાની રહેશે. પરંતુ, જો કોઈ કિસ્સામાં કર્મચારીના રજા હિસાબમાં આ હેતુ માટે ૧૦ દિવસની મેડીકલ રજાઓ જમા ન હોય તો તે કિસ્સામાં પણ તેઓને ૧૦ દિવસ સુધીની ખુટતી મેડીકલ રજા મળવાપાત્ર થશે આ જોગવાઈ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૦ તેમજ કેલેન્ડર વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧ માટે લાગુ પડશે.
